Wizkid, the rising star of Nigerian music, has seven nominations for the 2017 Africa Arts Entertainment Awards.

Primarily, the purpose of the August 17, 2024, award event in Kenya is to honour and commemorate the exceptional achievements of African music artists.

As a Grammy Award winner, Wizkid has been acknowledged for his outstanding performance in a number of areas. AAEA Best Continental Male Artist, AAEA Continental Album/EP of the Year (S2), Best Continental International Feature (Work Me Out), Best Continental Afro Rap Fusion Hit (IDK), Best Continental Afro R&B Hit (Money & Love), and Best Continental Afro-R&B hit (Ebelebe) are among the categories so far.
